The Application of Examples in Physical Chemistry Teaching for Food Science and Engineering Specialty

物理化学是食科专业的必修课程,其理论在食品行业中具有广泛的应用。但物理化学理论性强、内容抽象,是学生视为最难学的课程。在教学过程中,将实例分析引入物理化学的课程,不仅能激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,还可培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。文章通过浅析部分章节的实例,对食科专业物理化学教学实例应用进行了探讨。

Physical chemistry is a compulsory course for food science and engineering specialty,its theory has been used widely in food industry.But it is difficult to learn for students because of its strong theory and content abstract.The application of examples in physical chemistry teaching can help to active classroom atmosphere,enhance the interesting of the students in learning,cultivate analyzing and solving ability of the students.In the paper,through the analysis of example in some section,the application of examples in physical chemistry teaching for food science and engineering specialty is discussed.
