神木烟煤气化型煤的制备及成型机理研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文采用正交试验方法,确定了神木烟煤气化型煤的最佳制备工艺,利用扫描电镜(SEM)研究了该型煤的成型机理。结果表明,该气化型煤的最佳制备工艺是神木烟煤、禹州煤、粘结剂P、粘结剂L、粘结剂F以55~60∶25~30∶8∶5∶2的质量比混合成型,生球依次在60℃、90℃、120℃烘干20min,最终升温到180℃烘干30min,冷却即得型煤产品。粘结剂的固化物在型煤内部起到"桥梁"作用,把煤粒粘结成整体而成型,复合粘结剂的有机、无机组分分别与煤中的有机物和矿物质有较强的物理化学作用。 In this paper, an orthogonal experiment for preparation of a gasification briquette using Shenmu bituminous coal was carried out, and its briquetting principle was also studied by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the optimum mass ration of stock as follows: Shenmu bituminous coal:YuZhou coal.binder P. binder L: binder F were 55-60 : 25-30 : 8 :5 : 2. The nascent pellets were dried 20min at 60℃, 90℃, 120℃ successively, and finally heated to 180℃ holding 30min. The cured material derived from binders plays a role of "bridge bond"among coal particles, and complex physicalhemical reactions were occurred between the organic and inorganic components in the bonders and the organic matter and minerals in raw coal respectively.
