农村土地流转、问题及对策建议——以临泉县范兴集乡为例

近年来,我国农村土地流转呈加速发展趋势,流转步伐的加快,规模的加大加速推进了土地流转。但还存在不少问题,经济的快速发展带来用地需求与供给的矛盾,农村土地流转纠纷不断。通过临泉县范兴集乡农村土地流转的现状调查,研究了土地流转中存在的诸多问题,并对问题背后深层次的原因进行了探讨。为进一步做好土地流转工作,坚持多种模式流转,以效益优先为原则发展,完善土地流转激励措施,积极培育经营主体,发展地方特色经济,积极推进农业产业化进程,促进农村土地流转的顺利进行提供参考。
