摘要
对钛合金条件疲劳极限测定中的无效断裂试样进行了分析。分析结果表明 ,对于疲劳缺口敏感系数较大的金属材料 ,夹持力不宜过大 ;同时 ,对于圆形横截面试样 ,可以靠增加夹持部分与最大应力处的横截面面积之比D2 d2 来减轻或消除夹持力对疲劳性能检测结果的影响。对于本试验中的钛合金材料 ,当D2 d2不小于 3 .5时 ,试样发生有效断裂。
Some invalid fracture specimens of Ti alloy in conditioned fatigue limit test are analyzed. The results show that much higher grip supply pressure is unsuitable for metallic materials with bigger fatigue notch sensitive coefficient.In order to lessen or eliminate the influence of grip supply pressure on fatigue property of round section specimens,the cross section area ratio of D 2/d 2 must be increased.The Ti alloy specimens will fracture validly when the ratio of D 2/d 2 isn't less than 3.5
