摘要 目的:研究顺式阿曲库铵对大鼠面神经复合肌肉动作电位(CMAP)的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分实验组和对照组各20只,用7%水合氯醛腹腔注射麻醉后,实验组颈外静脉注射顺式阿曲库铵,对照组注射等体积生理盐水,注射前后每隔5min刺激面神经,记录颊肌CMAP变化。结果:对照组CMAP峰峰值与潜伏期均无显著变化。用药5min后2组间峰值及潜伏期差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。实验组CMAP明显呈三个阶段性变化。结论:顺式阿曲库铵可对面神经CMAP产生显著影响。 Objective:To study the effects of cisatracurium on compound muscle action potentials(CMAPs) of facial nerves in rats.Methods:A total of 40 SD rats were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Cisatracurium(0.186 mg/kg) was injected in rats in the experimental group,and isotonic saline of same volume was applied in the control group,through the external jugular vein.The facial nerves were stimulated at 5 minutes intervals before and after injection and the CMAPs of the buccinator muscle were recorded.Results:The peak-to-peak values and latencies did not show significantly changes in the control group,but significant diffe-rences between the two groups were observed 5 minutes after injection(P〈0.05).The CMAPs demonstrated three phasic changes in the experimental group.Conclusion:Cisatracurium is able to affect the CMAPs of facial nerves significantly.
