血对氧磷酶1活性与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形态的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨脑梗死患者血对氧磷酶1(PON1)活性与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形态的关系。方法:脑梗死患者109例,根据颈动脉彩超超声声像改变,分为软斑块组、硬斑块组和无斑块组。另选择32例健康体检者为对照组。测定所有纳入对象血脂水平及PON1活性水平。结果:4组血脂水平差异无统计学意义。软斑块组、硬斑块组PON1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PON1可能与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的形态有关。 Objective:To investigate the association of Paraoxonase-1(PON1) with morphology of the carotid atherosclerotic plaques.Methods:One hundred and nine cerebral infarction patients and 32 healthy volunteers(control group) were enrolled in the study.According to clinical symptoms of carotid color Doppler ultrasonography,109 patients were divided into three groups:the soft plaque,the hard plaque,and no plaque groups.Serum Lipid Levels and Paraoxonase-1 were measured in all the subjects.Results:There were no significant differences among the four groups in serum lipid levels.Serum PON1 in the soft plaque and hard plaque groups were lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:PON1 may be associated with the morphology of the carotid atherosclerotic plaques.
