摘要 目的:探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与急性脑梗死的关系。方法:检测65例2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者(合并组)、75例单纯2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)以及50例正常人(对照组)的血浆Hcy水平。结果:合并组及糖尿病组的Hcy水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),合并组高于糖尿病组(P<0.05)。结论:高Hcy血症与急性脑梗死的发病存在相关性。 Objective: To observe the association of plasma homocysteine(Hcy) level with acute cerebral infarction.Methods: The levels of plasma Hcy of 75 diabetes mellitus type 2(DM2) patients without acute cerebral infarction(DM group),65 DM2 patients with acute cerebral infarction(combination group) and 50 normal controls(control group) were determined.Results: The Hcy levels of DM and combination groups were obviously higher than those in the control group(P〈0.01).Combination group had higher Hcy levels than the DM group.Conclusion: The increased plasma Hcy level is related to acute cerebral infarction.
