胰岛素抵抗导致动脉粥样硬化的机制研究 被引量:6

摘要 胰岛素抵抗是动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素,可引起脂质代谢异常,引起炎症反应,导致C肽、脂联素浓度变化,各种机制之间相互影响,导致动脉粥样硬化,改善胰岛素抵抗可作为治疗动脉粥样硬化的新靶点。
