摘要
本文将Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金进行RRA三级时效强化,通过电子衍射和高分辨电子显微术研究了其晶内析出相η'相。结合能谱面分布分析和HRTEM像TrueImage重构,提出了η'相的一个Mg-Zn-Cu三元结构模型。
Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloys were treated by the retrogression and re-aging treatment(RRA).The precipitated η′ phase was studied by electron diffraction and high resolution electron microscopy.Based on the exit wave function TrueImage reconstruction and energy dispersive spectrum(EDS),we proposed a crystallite’s structure model of three unknown phase Mg-Zn-Cu.
