不同冷藏条件对越冬代异色瓢虫成虫存活率的影响

Effects of Different Cold Storage Conditions on Survival Rate of the Over-wintering Harmonia axyridis

将影响越冬代异色瓢虫成虫冷藏效果最关键的温度和营养2个因素进行单因素试验。结果表明,6℃条件下加蜂蜜水有利于越冬代异色瓢虫成虫的存活,冷藏60 d存活率仍为90%,冷藏105 d存活率仍超过60%。这一结果为进一步探索越冬代异色瓢虫成虫适宜的冷藏条件提供了参考。

The temperature and nutrition as the key factors which affected the surival rate of the, over-wintering Harmonia axyridis were studied through single factor experiment. The results showed that adding honey water when temperature was 6℃ was beneficial to the survival of the over-wintering Harmonia axyridis, the survival rates were 90% after 60 days and 60% after 105 days, respectively. These results provide some reference to further study on the optimum cold storage condition for the over-wintering Harmonia axyridis.
