摘要
鱼油产品的开发利用已成为国内外研究的热点,被广泛应用于食品、医药、饲料、化工等行业。主要阐述了鱼油的提取方法、精制工艺及最新的研究动态,分析了发展过程中存在的问题,以期为鱼油提取技术的优化及新技术的研发提供参考。
The development and the utilization of fish oil have become a research hot spot in China and foreign country in recent years, and fish oil has been widely used in food, medicine, feed, chemical and other industries. The extraction methods, the refining technics and the latest development of fish oil were reviewed, and the potential problems were analyzed in order to provide valuable information for the optimization of extraction technology and the development of new technology of fish oil.
