湖南粮食增产制约因素与潜力分析

Analysis of Restrictive Factors and Potential for Increasing Grain Yield in Hunan

以2001～2010年《湖南农村统计年鉴》为数据来源,分析了湖南未来粮食增产的主要制约因素,包括农业自然资源约束加大、种粮效益低、农业劳动力"量"与"质"同降、农业自然灾害频繁、农田生态环境恶化、农业基础设施薄弱,提出了增产潜力主要在于农业科技进步、作物结构调整、中低产区耕地改良、防灾减灾、改善灌溉条件、提高农机化水平等方面。

Taking Hunan Rural Statistical Yearbook from 2001 to 2010 as data source to analyze the main factors that will restrict the future increasing of grain yield in Hunan, which including increasing restriction on agricultural nature resources, low benefit on planting crops, simultaneous decrease of quantity and quality on agricultural labor force, frequent occurrence of agricultural nature disaster, deterioration of entironment in farmland, and weak agricultural infrastructure. Then, the potentials for increasing yield were put forward, which including advances in agricultural science and technology, adjustment of planting structure for crops, improvement of farmland in middle and low yield area, preventing and reducing disasters, improving irrigation conditions, and enhancing developing degree of agricultural mechanization.
