Comment on Theoretical Study of the Appraisal System

30余年以来,我国鉴定制度理论研究取得不少成果,这主要反映在数量可观的期刊论文上。这一时期理论研究具有热点主题较多、比较研究方法突出和立法建议倾向明显的特点。与此同时,这些理论研究也存在重复研究现象严重、理论化层次失衡以及深度研究缺乏等缺陷。

In the recent thirty years, some achievements have been made in the area of theoretical studies of the appraisal system. This is reflected in a significant number of journal treatises. Theoretical studies of this period have some features ： numerical hot topics, highlights in comparative studies and inclination to legislative proposals. Meanwhile, there are some shortcomings, such as repeated research, imbalance of theoretical levels and lack of in-depth research.
