摘要
本文分析了铁系絮凝剂絮凝过程中的影响因素,采用羧甲基纤维素(CMC)物质与铁盐(FeCl3)合成新型复合絮凝剂CMC-铁盐并进行污水模拟絮凝实验。结果表明,m(FeCl3)∶m(CMC)=1:2、m(CMC):m(NaOH)=1:2、水浴温度为50℃以及水浴时间为5h等条件下合成的新型复合絮凝剂絮凝性能最佳。
This paper analyzes the influencing factors in the process of synthesize CMC-iron salt new compound flocculant. Adopt carboxymethylcellulose(CMC) material and the iron salt(FeCl3) to synthesize CMC-iron salt new compound flocculant, and use the upper level clear liquid to determine removal efficiency and optimize reaction conditions. Result shows that the best flocculating effect to clear liquid is:the quality ratio of FeCl3 to CMC 1:2; quality ratio of CMC to NaOH 1:2 chemical bath temperature 50℃and chemical bath time 5h etc.
