螯合剂在白泥精制中的应用研究

Application of the Chelating Agent in White Mud Refining

硫酸盐法制浆碱回收得到的白泥显绿色,采用已报道的白泥精制方法制备的轻质碳酸钙(PCC)的白度达不到造纸加填的要求。本研究通过正交实验,确定了碱回收白泥精制PCC的最佳反应条件,即在反应温度35℃、反应pH值9.5的条件下,加入1 mL质量分数为1%的螯合剂二乙撑三胺五亚甲基膦酸(DTPMP),精制PCC的白度达到90%。

The white mud from chemical recovery process of kraft pulping normally is greenish. The whiteness of precipitated calcium carbon- ate prepared from the white mud by the reported technology didn＇t meet the requirement of paper making. The whiteness of the precipitated calcium carbonate is above of 90%ISO by adding 1 mL DTPMP in the white mud at 35℃ and pH =9.5 based on orthogonal experiment.
