摘要
针对酮苯装置重套最大处理能力只有80 kt/a,与加氢改质装置能力不配套的情况,根据原油性质变化采用正序工艺进行了适应性改造,实际生产情况表明,重套处理量提高到126 kt/a,油蜡综合收率由60%上升到64.4%,能耗降至标油112.46 kg/t原料,年增效2252.8多万元。
The maximum processing power of ketone-benzol unit weight set was only 80 kt/a,which was not coordinated with the capability of hydrogenation modification device.We adopted positive sequence process for adaptive remake according to crude oil properties change.The actual production showed that throughput of heavy set increased to 126 kt/a,comprehensive yield of oil wax increased from 60% to 64.4%,energy consumption dropped to mark oil 112.46 kg per ton of raw materials,the year's efficiency reached to more than 2,252.8 ten thousand yuan.
