This paper introduced the construction process,anticorrosion requirements and matters needing attention of the anticorrosive acid resistant ceramic tile in caprolactam production,analyzed the phenomenon of acid resistant ceramic detachment and buildings corrosion caused by the poor quality of construction and daily maintenance does not reach the designated position.We should strictly abide by the construction procedure and standard;ensure acid resistant porcelain plate has maximum performance thus reduce the future maintenance and even secondary reinforcement,etc.
