摘要
为了将三维虚拟可视化技术应用于医疗虚拟康复训练之中,在比较多种三维仿真开发平台特点的基础上,提出利用虚拟现实技术和DirectX技术开发一种基于PC的具有人机交互功能的便捷式康复训练软件产品。通过引入虚拟引擎的开发思想,研究了该软件虚拟引擎的硬件接口、图形渲染、声音渲染、碰撞检测等主要模块的相关技术。该原型系统在上海市静安老年医院进行实验测试,实验表明该系统开发平台能满足康复训练所需功能要求,在康复医学领域有较高的推广应用价值。
In order to apply 3D virtual visualisation technology in virtual medical rehabilitation training,based on comparing the features of several three-dimensional simulation development platform,this paper proposes a PC-based portable interactive rehabilitation training product developed with virtual reality and DirectX technologies.By introducing the development idea of virtual engine,we study the corresponding technologies of major modules of this software virtual engine including hardware interface,graphics rendering,voice rendering and collision detection,etc.The prototype system has been tested in Shanghai Jing'an Geriatric Hospital,where the experiments show that the system development platform can meet all requirements of rehabilitation training,which shows a higher value of promotion and application in the field of medical rehabilitation.
