Technical Condition Evaluation of Asphalt Mixture Paver

为了实现对摊铺机的科学化管理,结合摊铺机的工作原理,从作业质量、作业效率、动力经济性、舒适性、外观、环境等6方面建立评价指标体系,并采用模糊综合评价方法对摊铺机进行了评价研究结果表明:该评价指标体系能够全面反映摊铺机的技术状态,通过对某摊铺器的评价,得出其技术状态一般,需要加强平时养护与管理。

In order to achieve the paver’s scientific management,combined with the working principle of paver, the evaluation index system was established in aspects of paver operation quality,efficiency,economy,comfort, appearance,environment,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to evaluate the paver. The results show that：the evaluation index system can fully reflect the paver technical condition.Through evaluating a spreader,it is concluded that the technical condition is average,need to strengthen the usual maintenance and management.
