高速公路改扩建工程交通安全隐患及预防措施研究

Research on Concerns and Prevention of Traffic Safety of Expressway Reconstruction Project

针对中国现有的道路交通相关规范不能适应高速公路在不中断交通的条件下进行改扩建施工作业的缺点,通过研究高速公路改扩建的工程性质和施工特点,系统分析了高速公路改扩建过程中存在的交通安全隐患,并针对具体的安全隐患推荐了预控措施,最后构建了交通安全组织体系,为高速公路改扩建工程中对交通安全隐患的预防提供了参考。

Aimed at the impact of reconstruction characteristics and the comprehensive analysis of system of traffic safety organization was built, and vides reference for similar projects on the traffic of expressway, in terms of the study on project concerns about the traffic safety amid the reconstruction, a some prevention measures were recommended, which provides reference for similar projects.
