摘要
以纬编织物为基础,由厚重到轻薄探索经编高支毛针织产品的热湿舒适性,是目前针织内衣发展的一个新思路。选取几种新开发的薄型经编纯毛针织内衣织物与相近克质量的纬平针纯毛面料,通过建立模糊综合评判模型,对所选织物的吸湿速度常数、透气率、透湿率、干燥率以及传热系数5项热湿相关测试指标进行对比分析。结果表明:经编毛织物在人体微汗状态下的热湿舒适性良好,具有一定的保暖性,可以用作贴身内衣面料,对薄型毛经编产品后续开发有一定参考价值。
Based on study of weft knitted fabrics and from heavy to light,this paper studies the high count wool yarn warp knitted underwear fabric,which is a new way of knitted underwear.It selects a few kinds of newly-developed light-weight warp knitted pure wool knitted underwear fabrics and weft knitted plain wool fabrics with similar weight per unit area,sets up a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and compares their constant of moisture absorbing speed,air-permeability rate,moisture permeability rate,drying rate and heat transfer coefficient.The results indicate that under the condition of slight sweating state,the warp knitted wool fabric shows good thermal and moist comfortability and some certain warmth retention.This paper can be some reference for subsequent light-weight warp knitted wool fabric development.
