风电叶片用快速固化环氧树脂体系的研制 被引量:2

摘要 通过改变风电叶片用环氧树脂体系中DQ204H固化剂的A、B组分相对含量,或者替换B组分,并添加高活性固化剂和固化促进剂来提高其反应活性。研究表明:用1,3-环己二甲胺代替B组分能提高环氧树脂体系的反应活性;用异佛尔酮二胺作为高活性固化剂比用三乙烯四胺更能提高环氧树脂体系的反应活性;固化促进剂对环氧树脂体系反应活性的提高效果为:苯酚>双酚A>DMP-30;当用苯酚作为固化促进剂且用1,3-环己二甲胺代替B组分时,环氧树脂体系的工艺性能和力学性能最好。最符合性能要求的固化剂配方为A组分∶1,3-环己二甲胺∶异佛尔酮二胺∶苯酚=50∶20∶25∶5。通过力学性能和工艺性能对比测试,该配方与DQ200E组成的风电叶片用快速固化环氧树脂体系的性能优于760E/762H进口环氧树脂体系。 The reactivity of DQ204H curing agent can be improved by changing the content of its component A and component B, or hy adding a highly active curing agent and a promoter. We find that the reactivity of epoxy resin system is improved by changing the component B to 1,3 -BAC, and that IPD is more active than TETA. We also find that phenol is mo, e active than BPA as a curing promoter, and BPA is more active than DMP - 30 as a curing promoter. When component B is replaced by 1,3 - BAC and phenol is used as promoter, the processing properties and the mechanical properties of epoxy systems are the best. The best curing agent formula is that component A: 1,3 - BAC: IPD: phenol =50: 20: 25: 5. When this curing agent formula combined with DQ200E as a fast curing epoxy resin system used for wind turbine blades, the property of this epoxy resin system is better than 760E/762H epoxy resin system.
