康艾注射液联合NP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌50例疗效观察

Kang′ai Injection and NP Therapy in the Treatment for 50 Cases of Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer

目的:观察康艾注射液联合NP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:将100例NSCLC患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。2组均采用NP方案进行化疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用康艾注射液,比较2组的近期疗效及不良反应。结果:近期临床总有效率观察组为44.0%,对照组为38.0%,2组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组生存质量显著提升,白细胞减少发生率显著降低,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康艾注射液在NSCLC化疗过程中具有增效减毒、改善生存质量的作用。

Objective： To explore clinical effects and adverse reactions of Kong＇ai injection and NP therapy in the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Method： One hundred patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group equally. Both groups received NP therapy, observation group were also administered with Kang＇ ai injection. Curative effects in near future and adverse reaction of both groups were compared. Result： Total effective rate of observation group was 44.0%, higher than 38.0% of control group without statistical meaning （P〉0.05）; life quality raised remarkably and incidence of leukocyte reduction decreased obviously in observation group, comparisons between both groups showed remarkable difference and the difference indicated statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Kang＇ai injection can raise the efficacy, reduce the toxicity and improve life quality during the course of chemotherapy.
