摘要
节气门位置传感器(TPS)作为电喷系统中的重要传感器,其输出直接影响着喷油量的多少。然而,在汽车长期工作过程中,该传感器上的碳膜结构会由于磨损而引起输出出现偏差,影响汽车的整体性能。设计了动态实车道路实验,采用全新和在城市工况下磨损20万次后的TPS进行对比试验,并通过静态NVH实验测试汽车在怠速和加速两种工况下的噪声和振动,以此评价磨损后TPS对汽车性能的影响。实验结果表明磨损后的TPS会导致整车噪声增大、振动加剧,从而降低了汽车的驾驶性能。
As one of the most important sensors of EFI ,the output of Throttle Position Sensor(TPS) affects the quantity of fuel injection directly. But after the long time' working,the output of TPS error occurred because the carbon film structure of the TPS had been worn. And then the performance of vehicle was changed. Vehicle road tests and contrast experiments were designed for a new TPS and a worn one which worked for 200 thousand times in city condition. Noise and vibration were tested through the static NVH testing in idle and acceleration working conditions. Then the result can be utilized to evaluate the influence of worn TPS on the performance of vehicle. The results showed that the noise and the vibration increased,then the vehicle's driving performance worsens with such a worn TPS.
