摘要
本文通过研究台湾“9·2 1”大地震的震害资料 ,揭示和分析了台湾地区建筑设计、施工、管理中存在的严重问题。从这次大地震吸取的教训中 ,进一步阐明必须加强工程技术人员及管理人员的抗震意识 ;必须高度重视对建筑物的设计。
In this paper , throuqh the study of earthquake damage occurred on September 21, 1999 in Taiwan , the serious problems in design , construction and management are revealed and analyzed. From the lessons drawn from this earthquake , it is further clarified to strengthen the awareness of earthquake protection for all engineers and managing personnel and also to pay high attention to the quality of design , construction and management of buildin? gs.
