火电厂嵌入式继电保护故障信息管理系统研究

Study on Fault Information Management System for Embedded Relay Protection in Thermoelectric Power Plant

针对火力发电厂继电保护设备装置存在信息采集数量、规模不完善,无统一继电保护故障信息管理技术平台等问题,引入了嵌入式高可靠性子站管理硬件平台,并结合当前电厂继电保护系统分层分布式结构,构建具有运行监测、设备信息管理、智能诊断预警、数据发布等功能为一体,适合火电厂的嵌入式继电保护故障信息管理系统,该系统在工程实践中取得了较好的应用效果。

Aiming at problems existing in relay protection equipment of thermoelectric power plant, such as, incomplete informa-tion collection quantity and scale, and non unified technical platform of relay protection fault information management, this paperintroduced high-reliable embedded substation management hardware platform. Combined with distributed structure of layers inrelay protection system of present power plant, this paper built embedded relay protection fault information management systemsuitable for thermoelectric power plant, with functions including operation monitoring and testing, equipment information manage-ment, intellectual diagnosis pre-alarm, data issuing etc. the system has achieved better application effect in project.
