摘要
针对某钢厂的热连轧轧机的控制系统进行研究,介绍了液压压下控制系统的工作原理,分析他的控制方法及算法,给出解决的方案。基于西门子TDC进行网络化控制,远程分布式控制接口检测系统各部分工作器件的测量值,由工业控制网络与TDC进行通信,根据控制要求、工艺要求等进行各种运算、信息的处理,并将结果传送给执行机构,实现自动化的控制,PLC实现各部分间相互协调工作。
Aiming at a steel strip mill control system, the hydraulic press system process requirement working principle, analysis of the control method and the algorithm are introduced, the solution scheme is given. Based on Siemens TDC for network control, the measured values of each working part in remote distributed control interface measured system are communicated by industrial network and TDC. According to the control requirements, the technique requirements for all kinds of operation, information are processed. The results can be transmitted to the actuator, automation control, PLC among each part to achieve coordination work.
