摘要
在深入分析高压电网接地故障特征的基础上,阐释了适用于对各种电网中性点接地方式进行漏电保护的谐波方向原理,提出了一种谐波方向型高压电网选择性漏电保护的新方案。该方案以五次谐波分量作为研究重点,提取比较零序电压五次谐波信号,科学地分析电网故障,并进行相应的漏电保护。
Based on a deep analysis of the feature of GridSystem earth fault, this paper explaines a harmonic direction principle which is suitable for all kinds of grid neutral-point earthing ways for leakage protection, and puts forward a new approach of harmonic direction type GridSystem selective leakage protection. The approach use the five harmonic component as the concentration,extracts a zero sequence voltage fifth harmonic signal, scientificly analysises the power grid failure, and carries on the corresponding leakage protection.
