摘要
基于软件测试外包项目管理工作经验总结基础上,给出了国际化软件测试外包业务模式及其生命周期管理模型,重点对软件测试外包中沟通管理、风险管理和缺陷管理进行了探索研究。这对于完善软件测试外包管理体系,增强软件测试外包供应商竞争力,促进外包测试服务业快速发展,具有重要的理论和实际指导意义。
On the basis of summary of experiences on projeet management of software testing outsoureing, this paper puts forward business model of international software testing outsourcing and its life cycle management, discusses on its communication management, risk management and defect management in detail. All such experiences are very important to improve the management system of software testing outsourcing, enhanee the competiveness of software testing outsourcing vendors, and promote the development of software testing outsourcing service industry.
