摘要
针对上海航运再保险市场的国际差距以及当前发展现状,采用实地调研、对比分析与对策研究相结合的方法进行研究,指出上海国际航运中心建设中作为航运保险的配套,亟需一个完善、发达的航运再保险市场,并对上海培育航运再保险市场的可行性进行了论证,提出了上海培育航运再保险市场的构建方案和所需突破的政策,为我国各航运中心建设提供借鉴。
In view of the gap current development situation, between Shanghai shipping reinsurance market and the international market and its the paper employed field investigation, comparative analysis and countermeasure research methods to study Shanghai＇s relevant policies. It pointed out that for the construction of Shanghai intemational shipping center as shipping insurance facilities, Shanghai Then the paper demonstrated the feasibility for Shanghai needed a well-developed shipping reinsurance market to build up the shipping reinsurance market, put forward suggestions on the construction plan and the policy breakthrough to be made. It provided reference for China＇s shipping center construction.
