保定市易县持续消除碘缺乏病的综合干预模式及效果 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨可持续消除碘缺乏病的干预模式。方法采取综合干预措施:政府重视、普及碘盐、部门协作、开设碘缺乏病门诊、重点干预、注重宣传教育等,并对其效果进行评价。结果易县儿童甲状腺肿患病率自1998年至2011年连续14年一直控制在5%以内;合格碘盐食用率自1996年至2011年连续16年均在90%以上;儿童尿碘中位数自1995年至2011年连续17年均在100μg/L以上。结论所采取的综合干预模式及方法是实现可持续消除碘缺乏病行之有效的方法。 Objective To explore the intervention model of sustainable elimination iodine deficiency disorders. Methods Integrated intervention measures: Government attaches importance to, Universal salt iodization, Sectoral collaboration, The creation of iodine deficiency disorders clinic, Priority interventions, advocacy and education etc. And evaluate the effects of intervention. Results The goiter prevalence of the children in Yixian has been controlled for 14 years within 5% from 1998 to 2011; Qualified iodized salt coverage rate was more than 90 percent from 1996 to 2011; Children's urinary iodine median was more than 100 gg/L from 1995 to 2011. Conclusion The results of this study show that the integrated intervention model and its method are effective ways to achieve sustainable elimination of iodine deficiency disorders
