摘要
大量研究证实,帕金森病患者脑内黑质铁异常沉积、脑内铁代谢紊乱和铁促进氧化应激是神经细胞损伤的重要病理机制。综述了铁在帕金森病发病机制中的作用及其研究概况,指出黄芩苷、染料木素治疗帕金森病具有一定的研究价值。
Many studies have proved the abnormal accumulation of iron in substantia nigra in patients with Parkinson＇s disease and the disorderd brain iron metabolism and iron promoting oxidative stress are the important pathological mechanism of neuronal damage. In this paper, the study of the effects of iron in the etiology of Parkinson＇s disease was reviewed and the potential values of baicalin and genistein in the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease were shown.
