Analysis on the employment quality of the pharmacy graduates of Zhaoqing medical college

目的为了解肇庆医学高等专科学校药学专业毕业生真实的就业状况和就业质量,了解用人单位对毕业生的需求和期望,为学校提高教学质量,提高就业竞争力,开展药学教学改革等提供依据。方法以肇庆医学高等专科学校药学专业毕业生为调查对象,进行跟踪调研分析。结果肇庆医学高等专科学校培养的药学专业毕业生综合素质较高,就业竞争力较强,就业灵活性大。结论今后学校需加大对药学专业教育教学改革,加强药学专业示范性建设。

Objective To realize the true employment status and quality of the pharmacy graduates of Zhaoqing Medical college, understand the needs and expectations of the employer to the graduates, improve the teaching quality and the employment competitiveness of Zhaoqing Medical college and provide the basis of the pharmacy teaching reform. Methods The tracking research analysis was carried out in the pharmacy graduates of Zhaoqing Medical college. Results Zhaoqing Medical college graduates of the training of the pharmaceutical professional comprehensive quality was higher, employment competitive, flexible employment. Conclusion The school needs to increase in the future to pharmaceutical professional education teaching reform, strengthen the construction of demonstrative pharmacy.
