正交设计法优选多被银莲花总黄酮的提取工艺

摘要 优选两头尖总黄酮的超声最佳提取方法。以两头尖中总黄酮的提取率为指标,并采用正交设计法优选两头尖总黄酮超声提取工艺。结果表明:两头尖总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数55%、料液比1∶12、超声波作用功率80W、超声波作用时间30min。在此实验条件下,多被银莲花干燥根茎两头尖的黄酮粗品的提取率为3.68%。超声提取两头尖工艺简便、经济、合理,此工艺条件可行。 In order to get the optimal conditions for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from liangtoujian the study were investigated by or-thogonal array design. The content of total flavonoids was determined spoctrometrically using mtin as reference substance. Results: The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol concentration 55 % and material/liquid ratio 1 : 12, ultrasonic power 80W, treatment time 30rain, Under these conditions, the extraction yield of crude total flavonoids from liangtoujian was 3.68 % and the content of total flavonoids in crude extracts. Conclusion: The optimized process remarkably increases the extraction yield of total flavonoids from liangtoujian and has a promising prospect for practical applications.
