摘要
以秦艽为试验材料,研究了不同贮藏方式和不同浓度赤霉素处理对其种子萌发的影响,同时观察了种子至种苗发育过程。结果表明,在25±1℃的温度条件下,200mg/L的赤霉素处理对秦艽种子的发芽势和发芽率均有显著的促进作用。自然条件下贮存1年后的种子萌发率显著下降,种子为短命型,零下低温保存可以延长种子寿命。种苗发育初期有根环和下胚轴毛出现,当年生苗呈莲座状叶丛。
This paper studies the effects of the different store ways and the gibberellins of varying concentration on the seed germination, and ob-served the seeding development of C, ent/ana macrophylla. Our results show the promoting effect is significant to the germination energy and ger-mination rate of the seeding by 200mg/L gibberellin at the 22± ℃ temperature. Because the seeds are ephemeral, The seed germination rate decreased significantly at the natural conditions of storage after 1 year. The way at subzero cryopreservation may increase the seed longevity al-though the seed longevity of Gent/ana macrophylla is one year. The root collar and hypocotyl hairs appear on the early developing of the seed-ing. The leaves of the one - year seedling arrange rosulate.
