教学与科研融合视角下的实验室内涵建设探析

Discussion on connotation construction of laboratory from angle of view of integration of teaching and scientific research

在认真分析高校实验室建设与管理现状的基础上,从理论与实践的角度探讨了以创建符合高校发展要求的实验室体系为根本目标,努力推动教学、科研资源的优化整合,推进实验教学、科研成果的融合转化,在实验室建设内容、方法、手段、队伍及管理模式等方面进行改革和创新,进一步提高实验室的内涵和显示度。同时,加强实验室的共享机制及其辐射作用,推动高校教学与科研水平的整体提升。

Based on a view of the current status universities, this paper discusses how to create of construction and management of laboratories in colleges and and meet the development requirements of the laboratory system from both theoretical and practical angles, to promote the teaching and scientific research optimization of resource integration, and to push on laboratory teaching, and scientific research achievements transformation of fusion. Reforming and innovating in laboratory construction contents, methods, means, team and management mode can further improve the connotation and the characteristics of the laboratory, strengthen the laboratory to share a mechanism and its radiation, and drive the whole college teaching and the scientific research level as well.
