摘要
水泥和混凝土行业对工业废弃物以及生活废弃物的利用虽然减少了环境负荷,在水泥水化过程中废弃物中存在的有害金属离子受到一定程度的固结,但在某种条件下还会有所溶出而重新释放到大自然,造成对环境的二次污染,需要探寻能够模拟真实状况的浸出试验对混凝土材料中有害金属离子的浸出进行测试,来考察水泥混凝土材料与炉渣以及垃圾焚烧灰、电镀污泥、城市污水河底泥、建筑垃圾、建材废料、电池废渣、污水处理厂污泥等配制成的复合废弃物对有害金属离子的固化程度,进而考察水泥混凝土材料在利用废弃物的同时对环境保护所起的作用,这对水泥工业利用各种废物降低成本、固结有害成分的实验方法、组合配方、掺料路径的筛选有着重要的指导意义。
For the cement and concrete industry, although a lot of applications of industrial waste and domestic waste can reduce environmental load of cement hydration process in the presence of waste in the heavy metal ions and other harmful metals to a certain extent, under certain conditions it can also be stripping back the release to the nature to cause secondary pollution to the environment. This paper can simulate the real situation of the leaching tests on concrete materials and harmful heavy metals in the leaching of metal ions which were measured to evaluate the use of cement and concrete materials fly ash, slag, waste incineration ash, sludge, sewage river sediment, construction waste, building materials waste, battery waste, sewage sludge and other waste during the performance in ensuring the use of materials under the premise on one of the heavy metals and harmful metal ions curing degree, then study the use of cement and concrete waste, and the role of environmental protection.
