地方高校实验教学应用型人才培养的改革与探索

Reform and exploration of applied talents' cultivation for experimental teaching in local colleges and universities

就地方高校针对应用型人才培养的实验教学中普遍存在的一些薄弱环节和有待改进的方面进行了分析,并在此基础上,从实验教学内容、实验平台多样化、实验评价体系、创新实验室的设立、实验室师资建设等方面提出了改进策略和具体的措施。

This paper analyzes some ubiquitous bottlenecks and some aspects being improved about experimental teaching of cultivation of applied talents in local colleges and universities. Based on it, concrete improvement policies and measures on contents of experimental teaching, diversification of experimental platform, experiment evaluation system, establishment of innovation laboratory, teaching team building of laboratory , etc. , are put forward.
