高校实验教师工作满意度调查分析及研究

Analysis and research on investigation of working satisfaction of experimental teachers in colleges and universities

为进一步了解高校实验教师对本职工作的满意度,选取部分高校(包括教育部直属高校、省属重点高校和普通高校)的实验教师进行了问卷调查,利用SPSS软件对调查结果进行了统计分析。进一步剖析高校实验队伍中存在的问题,为制定实验队伍建设的改革措施提供基本依据。

To better understand the college laboratory teachers＇ satisfaction with their jobs, some colleges and universities, including the universities directly belonging to the Ministry of Education, provincial key universities and other universities, were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey of experimental teachers. SPSS software was used to do the statistical analysis for the survey results, the problems in the laboratory staff were further analyzed, providing reform measures of theoretical bases for development of experimental team con- struction.
