摘要
通过用信息熵原理改进TOPSIS法的权重计算过程,克服了TOPSIS法主观确定指标权重的缺陷,并将其应用于高校大型精密仪器的绩效评价。利用信息熵和绩效贴近度属性,提出了一个绩效提升策略交叉判断矩阵,能有效地协助寻找大型精密仪器优先提升策略,不断提升大型精密仪器绩效水平。
By changing weight calculation process of TOPSIS method by the use of information entropy theory, the deficiencies that traditional TOPSIS method subjectively determines index weight is overcome, and it is applied to performance evaluation of large-scale precision instruments in colleges and universities. Making use of information entropy and performance similarity attribute, an interlocked judgment matrix of performance promotion strategy is put forward, which can effectively help large-scale precision instruments to find strategy of priority promotion and continuously promote performance level of large-scale precision instruments.
