摘要
PVC塑料切缝管聚能爆破,是利用切缝的聚能效应改变炮孔内的能量分布,实现对岩石的切割作用,从而达到更好的爆炸效果。通过对其地面试验效果及井下巷道试验前后爆破的对比分析,明显看出PVC塑料切缝管聚能爆破取得了较好效果;为提高生产效率、降低生产成本提供了依据,并对其今后在煤矿生产中的广泛应用积累了经验。
The shaped charge blasting of PVC slotted pipes uses the energy cumulative effect to cut the rock by redistributing the energy inside the blast holes, thus good explosion effect is achieved. Blasting tests were carried out on the ground and at the roadway under the ground. By contrasting effects before and after blasting, good effects were achieved by using PVC slotted shaped charge blasting, which provide a reference for improving productivity and reducing production cost, and accumulate experience for the wide use of slotted pipes in the coal production.
