摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对肺结核合并糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法将我院自2010年1月—2012年1月收治的肺结核合并糖尿病患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组给予综合护理干预,对照组仅给予常规护理,比较两组患者生活质量的改善情况。结果观察组患者的生活质量与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺结核合并糖尿病患者实施综合护理干预,能有效改善其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective The Influence on the Quality of Life in Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Tuberculosis Suffers with Diabetes Mellitus. Methods Diabetes mellitus tuberculosis suffers in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were randomly divided into trial group and control group, every 50 cases. The observation group operated comprehensive nursing intervention, the control group gare to conventional care, compare of quality of life of the suffers with two groups. Re- suits The quality of life of the suffers in the observation group was better than the control group, two groups of comparisons, it＇ s significant difference （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Tuberculosis suffers with diabetes mellitus implement comprehensive nursing intervention, can effectively reduce the complications, improved the quality of life, it is worth for the clinical application.
