无创正压通气治疗呼吸衰竭患者的护理 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨无创正压通气(NPPV)治疗呼吸衰竭的护理要点。方法随机选取2010年10月—2011年10月我院ICU就诊的128例呼吸衰竭患者,均给予常规治疗联合NPPV治疗,其中64例患者给予常规护理加心理干预(设为观察组);64例患者只给予常规护理(设为对照组)。两组通过实施不同的护理干预措施,比较两组患者住院后24h、72h、第7天的血气分析结果、两组患者的住院天数及两组患者再住院的次数。结果 128例患者共有114例(89.06%)经NPPV治疗后心率减慢、呼吸明显改善。观察组由于治疗前做好心理护理,观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组。观察组治疗24h后PH明显上升,72h内持续好转且相对稳定,对照组pH上升较小;观察组PaO2、PaCO2改善优于对照组,但两组患者PaCO2均不能降到参考值内。观察组住院天数及再入院例数明显减少。结论全面、合理、全方位的护理联合NPPV治疗呼吸衰竭患者,能明显改善呼吸功能,心率减慢,减少肺损伤,降低复发率。
