从“班干难”谈大学生道德教育的弊端

Talking about the drawbacks of college students' moral education from the "hard of class cadre"

如今相当多的一部分大学生中存在着这样一种思想,学校干部比班干部更受学校与社会的宠爱。这就直接导致大学生对学校干部趋之若鹜,对班干部避而远之,然而这种道德教育缺失的怪相不是偶然的。本文通过阐述目前大学生"班干难"的现状,分析出现这种大学生道德教育缺陷现象的原因,对加强大学生道德教育提出了几点建议。

Nowadays, such an idea is existence in popular than class cadres. This leads to college students quite a few college students that school cadres are more scramble for school cadres directly, and keep away from class cadres. However, the phenomenon of lack of moral education is not accidental. This paper explains the present situation that ＂hard of class cadre＂, to analyze the reasons for this defect phenomenon of college students＇ moral education, and last, it puts forward several proposals to strengthen the college students＇ moral education.
