校园公示语汉英翻译的现状分析及对策研究——以华中师范大学为例

On Chinese-English Translation of College Public Signs——Based on the Examples of Public Signs in Central China Normal University

随着跨文化交流的增多,中国各公共场所公示语的汉英翻译成为人们关注的焦点,但校园公示语却很少被关注。在对华中师范大学校园公示语汉英翻译的调查研究之后,本文将分析校园公示语汉英翻译中存在的问题,并提出翻译原则及对策。

With more and more intercultural communication, the Chinese-English translation of public signs in China is receiving increasing attention. However, little attention has been paid to public signs on college campuses. In this article, representative examples of mistaken translations are analysed and translation measures to deal with the problem are put forward as well.
