摘要
新课程改革以来,小组合作学习被很多教师接纳并逐步在中小学课堂上实施,使课堂教学效率得以提高,但同时也存在流于形式的无效合作学习现象,虚有其形而无其神。在合作学习中,教师应该发挥其组织者、引导者、参与者的重要作用,时常反思自己的教学行为以使合作学习有效,避免教育浪费。
Since the new curriculum reform was promulgated , cooperative learning is received by most teachers and is performed in many schools. With its popularity, there are many invalid cooperative learning to make the cooperative learning become a mere formality. As for teacher, as an organizer, a guide and a participant in the cooperative learning, should always take a self - examination on his teaching behavior to make cooperative learning operated effectively in teaching practice.
