浅谈新建本科高校文科类青年教师教学能力培养

青年教师是高等教育发展的新生力量,但是在青年教师教学能力的培养上,新建本科高校存在着岗前培训走过场、导师制流于形式、课程更换频繁等缺陷,对此应当予以充分重视,积极谋求青年教师教学能力培养模式之改革。

Young teacher is a new force in the development of higher education. However, in the cultivation of teaching competence of young teachers, it takes the formal way instead of the actual measures in the pre - service training to which should be paid close attention . Colleges should work hard to reform the training modes of teaching ability for young teachers.
