师资队伍的建设是独立学院长久发展的基础。独立学院作为公私合立、新型的民营学校,其师资队伍有别于其他高等学院。拟从个性化教育的视角,以文华学院为例,分析其师资队伍建设的现状,并提出了相应的改进措施。

The construction of the teaching staff is the foundation for the development of independent colleges . As a new private college , the teachers come from different colleges. From the perspective of personalized education, this paper take Win- world Academy as an example, analyses the present situation of the construction of teachers and put forward some suggestions to improve.
