Research on the Development and Training of Top Innovative Technical Talents in Higher Vocational College

只有良好的职业教育才可以培育大量卓越的技能型人才,卓越的技能型人才以劳动创新形式可以推动新技术的产生与创新,新技术的产生与创新助推产业结构优化升级,产业结构优化升级推动经济增长方式的根本转变。针对当前我国高职院校人才的培养目标,探讨高职院校拔尖创新技能型人才培养的目标理念和实践策略。

Only the good vocational education can cultivate a large number of excellent technical talents, and the excellent technical talents can push forward new technology and innovation by innovative work, the emergence of new technologies and innovation promotes the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure which promotes the fundamental change of economical growth pattern. On the base of the training target of higher vocational college in our country, this article discusses the goal and practices of top innovative talents training strategy in our country.
