摘要
胜任力模型研究对初中理科教师的选拔、绩效评估以及教师专业发展具有重要作用。采用问卷调查法、访谈法和行为事件访谈技术(BEI)等研究方法对32名初中理科教师进行研究,并辅以开放式问卷、访谈、胜任特征核检表等手段,在统计分析的基础上,提出初中理科教师25项基准性胜任特征和15项鉴别性胜任特征,构建了包含工作技能、个性特征、职业态度和自我意识四个特征群的中学理科教师胜任力模型。依据胜任力模型提出初中理科教师专业发展的自我实现策略。
Competency-based model studies play a vital role in the selection, performance evaluation, and professional development of science teachers for junior middle schools. With the help of such measures as open questionnaires, interviews, checklists and Behavior Event Interviews (BEI) into thirty-two teachers, this paper proposes 25 benchmark competencies and 15 distinctive competencies to construct the above-mentioned teachers' competency-based model, including working skills, personal characters, professional attitude, and serf-consciousness and come up with the corresponding self-realization strategy for them.
